Inspiring Girls Hong Kong has organized a unique event tailored for secondary school girls to explore career opportunities and close gender and cultural gaps in the workplace.

The fair will feature 500 girls from Inspiring Girls' programs and 10 corporate partners, including Ernst & Young, UBS and Google. Participants will gain insights into corporate values and cultures, especially in the technology sector.

"At Inspiring Girls, we believe in empowering young women to pursue their dreams, regardless of their background," said Ines Gafsi, Chapter Chair & CEO.

Workshops will cover networking, business etiquette and presentation skills. Additionally, a human library will allow students to directly interact with female role models to discuss their career paths. The event also includes a fun scavenger hunt to make things more engaging. By completing tasks related to discovering companies that align with their values, students can collect stickers and win prizes.

“We’re excited to provide students with a fun and interactive way to explore different career paths, connect with industry professionals, and envision their future possibilities," added Natasha King, executive director.
