Starting May 19, LPM Restaurant & Bar is bringing back its popular "La Vie en Rosé" brunch, inviting diners to enjoy the flavors of the French Riviera every Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. The menu includes a broad selection of appetizers, from the traditional Escargots de Bourgogne to a novel Eggs Benedict with Crab Hollandaise. Other starter options include Amberjack Carpaccio with Green Apple Dressing and Beef Tartare with Smoked Bone Marrow Mayonnaise.

The main course selections promise a taste of the sea and land, with dishes like Pan Fried Red Bream Fillet, Marinated Baby Chicken and Summer Pea Risotto. Desserts such as Pain Perdu Façon ‘Cyrus’ and Vanilla Cheesecake with Berry Compote conclude the meal on a sweet note. And, of course, brunch isn't complete without taking advantage of the curated free-flow drink menu featuring Legras & Haas Rosé Brut and unique cocktails such as the Tiramisu Martini and Riviera Blanc.
