Posso, a renowned dining destination in Hong Kong, is launching its Duetto Dinners this month, beginning May 14. These dinners, orchestrated by Chef Max Wong, feature a series of collaborative meals that highlight a fusion of Chinese and Italian culinary traditions. The series kicks off with a partnership between Chef Max and Chef Rania Hatoum, known for her French-inspired, ingredient-focused dishes at RH Fine Dining and TARTE by RH.

The event serves a 10-course menu, starting with Chef Rania’s signature Tartes topped with luxe ingredients like Matsuba crab and caviar. Highlights include Scallop en Croute, Lobster Casarecce and a Black Truffle Carbonara. For an additional HK$580, diners can indulge in the Golden Bowl, a dish featuring A4 Kagoshima wagyu and Hokkaido uni, garnished with 18k gold flakes.

Wine pairings are available, with prices set at HK$450 for standard and HK$650 for premium options. The excitement continues on June 19, as Chef Wong teams up with Chef Fred Sistelo of Mr. Wolf for another Duetto Dinner. This pairing is set to captivate diners with a blend of European flavors and innovative culinary techniques. Like the first, this dinner is also a 10-course feast crafted to showcase the chefs’ culinary abilities and creativity.
