Aqua, located on the 17th floor of H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui, has launched the Ankh Tasting Menu, a blend of contemporary Italian and Japanese dishes. This seven-course menu, inspired by the ancient Egyptian symbol for the "key of life," showcases a culinary exploration centered around the theme of water and life.

Featuring a fusion of Italian and Japanese flavors, the menu emphasizes seasonal seafood and fresh veggies. Signature dishes include Bluefin Tuna Tartare with Crystal Dashi and Caviar and Homemade Lobster Ravioli with Tomato Water Infused with Plankton. Each course is paired with carefully selected Italian wines and Japanese sakes, creating a unique dining experience that highlights the best of both culinary worlds.

Notable dishes from the Italian side, crafted by Chef Ilaria Zamperlin, include Alaskan King Crab with Lemon Gel and Caviar paired with Yamahai Tedorigawa sake. From the Japanese kitchen, Chef Iwahashi Tatsuya offers Somen Noodle with Seared Scallop and Hotaru-ika Baby Squid, complemented with a Fiano di Avellino Riserva.

The dining experience sweetly concludes with a dessert duo featuring the Raindrop Cake and a tailored Sgroppino paired with Barley Shochu “Spanish Orange.”
